Property Card or Aakhiv Patrika or “Maalmatta Patrak” is a property’s ID, issued and validated by the government. Follow these steps to download the property card online:
- Go to Mahabhulekh website
- Select the division
- Check the “maalmatta patrak” radio button
- Select the district
- Select the taluka and sheet number
- Select the village
- You can search the document using either one of “CTS no.”, “First name”, “Middle name”, or “Surname”
- Select the corresponding radio button
- Input the corresponding CTS no., or name in the input box. Eg. if CTS is “11/2A”, enter “11”
- Click on the Search or “न.भु.क्र शोधा” button
- From the new dropdown, select the CTS no. eg. “11/2A” from the list
- Select the language.
- Enter the mobile number
- Click on the button “मालमत्ता पत्रक पहा” or “View Maalmatta Patrak”
- Enter the captcha on new tab
- View the document
