Offline Application for PMAY 2024

Applicants can also submit the PMAY-2024 registration form offline at Common Service Centers (CSC) operated by the state government or listed banks under PMAY. A fee of ₹25 is required for filling the PMAY-2024 registration form.

How to Apply for PMAY-G 2024

Beneficiaries under PMAY-G do not need to register for subsidies. They are identified based on the housing deprivation criteria and exclusion criteria set under the Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC-2011). An additional ‘Awaas+’ survey has been conducted to identify potential beneficiaries missed under SECC-2011. State officials register these beneficiaries on the official website https://pmayg.nic.in/netiayHome/home.aspx.

During registration, beneficiaries must provide bank account details, nominee name, MGNREGS job card number, mobile number, and Aadhaar number. The details of recognized laborers and trained masons should also be recorded in AwaasSoft. After verifying the registration details and bank account, a unique PMAY-G ID and QR code are issued for each beneficiary.

Caution: Apply Only Through Authorized Centers

Beneficiaries should register online through the official website of the Ministry of Housing or at Common Service Centers (CSC) operated by the state or central government for a fee of ₹25 plus GST. The Ministry of Housing has not authorized any private entity or individual for PMAY registration. Unauthorized registration by any person or entity using the Ministry’s name will be subject to legal action.
