How to Check Haryana Jamabandi Nakal

Step 1: Go to the Jamabandi tab on jamabandi.nic.in. Select “Jamabandi Nakal” from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: You can find the Nakal Jamabandi Haryana details by owner name, khewat, khasra/survey number, or the date of mutation. Select your option. For this example, we will choose to search by the owner name.

Step 3: Provide all relevant information. In this case, we have opted for an owner as a private owner. Once you input the right details, Jamabandi Nakal will be displayed.

There are various types of deeds you can search for:

Jamabandi Haryana: How to Check Deed Appointment Availability Online

Step 1: For checking deed appointment availability on Jamabandi Haryana online, go to the Property Registration tab on the homepage of Jamabandi Haryana at jamabandi.nic.in and click on “Check Deed Appointment Availability”. The following screen will show up.

Step 2: Depending on the day you wish to get an appointment, enter the number of days, and a list of appointment dates will be shown.

Alternate Way to Check Deed Appointment Availability

The Jamabandi Haryana website has introduced a new tab called “Deed Registration Appointment” on the homepage. This is a direct way to check for appointments. As soon as you click on it, you will be asked to enter your phone number. After entering your mobile number, you will receive an OTP. Simply key in the OTP in the space provided to proceed.

This process is more direct. You can select which deed you wish to register, for example, whether a lease, mortgage, partition, partnership, power of attorney, or sale deed, etc. You can select the relevant details from the drop-down menu.

You will then be asked to provide the location of the property – “Rural within Abadi Deh” or “Rural outside Abadi Deh” or “Urban within corporation limits” or “Urban outside corporation limits”.

Further details to be provided include the sub-location of your property – whether a Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran area or Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation area or old city area, authorized area, licensed colony, or whether the property falls under other areas. Also, provide details of the sub-deed, district, tehsil, and locality.

Thereafter, you will be directed to the next page. The district, tehsil, village, and category will be filled automatically based on the details you had provided. If you know the property ID, enter it in the space provided. You could also enter the municipal corporation and name of the owner, else proceed to “Get Detail”. The details will be displayed. If the details are not displayed, you could visit the official website of the urban local body, Haryana, and generate a temporary ID.

Opt for new registration and do as directed.

Jamabandi Haryana: How to Check Collector Rates

Step 1: Under the “Property Registration” tab on the homepage, go to the “Collector Rate” option. Suppose you want to see the collector rates for 2017-18 for Gurgaon Sector 67 on Jamabandi online, simply fill in the details as follows and submit it.

Jamabandi Haryana: Collector Rate Objection

To raise objections, simply click on the “Collector Rate Objection” tab and proceed to the “Login for Public” option. Next, you will be asked to log in using your phone number. Upon OTP verification, you will be led to a dashboard. Your details are required to be keyed in at this step on the Jamabandi Haryana website. This includes your name, father’s name, address, email id, district, tehsil, subject (for registration of complaint), objection details, and captcha. Hit “Submit” to register your objection.

Jamabandi Haryana: How to View Land Map

Cadastral maps display all the geospatial land data pertaining to registered land parcels. A cadastral map comprises cadastral units, each of which denotes a single registered plot. One can view the cadastral map on the Jamabandi website.

Go to the Jamabandi official website. On the home page, select “View Cadastral Map” under cadastral maps. Click on the Menu, given on the top right corner, to look up cadastral maps by clicking on “Search Owners by Khasra” and “Search Owners by Khewat”. Select one of the given options and then enter details such as district, tehsil, village, khasra, or khewat, etc.

Jamabandi Haryana: How to Check Revenue Court Orders on Jamabandi Online

Step 1: Go to the “Court Cases” tab on the homepage.

Step 2: Click on “Revenue Court Status”.

Step 3: You will be redirected to another window. On your left-hand side, a drop-down list will give you the option of “View Case Status”.

Step 4: Fill up the required details such as location, name of the advocate, court, case ID, etc.

Step 5: Submit it to get the results.

Jamabandi Haryana: How to Register Property

You can procure all information, such as the price of the property as per the collector rate, stamp duty, registration, service fees, etc., from the sub-registrar’s office at the HARIS counter.

If the stamp paper value is below Rs 10,000, you can procure it from the stamp vendors. If it exceeds Rs 10,000, you will be required to get it from the treasury office after making the payment at SBI.

You can write the document by yourself or hire the services of a writer. Two witnesses would be required while the process is executed. Other documents that you require at this stage include the title deed, jamabandi, digital photograph, and plan and map’s copy. You will need to submit these documents, plus the stamp paper at the concerned sub-registrar’s office. Payment of stamp duty and other charges will take place after this.

The sub-registrar will scrutinize all the details and you will need to appear before the joint-sub registrar or the sub-registrar, for the entry of the document in the records.

Haryana Doubles Appointment Slots for Property Registration

In a move to enable more property registrations in a day, the Haryana government on September 22, 2023, said it has doubled the number of available e-appointments slots. The state has increased the slots for e-appointments from 100 to 200 a day. The number of e-tatkal appointments has also increased to 50 per day from 10 across tehsils and sub-tehsils. In Gurgaon, however, the slots for e-appointments are raised from 100 to 300 a day while tatkal e-appointments have been increased from 10 to 60 per day across tehsils and sub-tehsils of the Millennium City.
